Life can feel lonely, difficult or hard to navigate sometimes. Whether you are feeling stuck and unsure about current life events or are struggling to process trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, self-worth or belonging- talking about it can help. I enjoy meeting and working with individuals from all walks of life. I believe that despite what we have gone through, we each have a purpose and unique gifts to offer ourselves and each other. My approach to helping is person-centered, strengths based, holistic and encourages curiosity about the energetic component and transformation of how our experiences are stored in our bodies.
