There's something powerful about having a space where you can show up as your whole self, feel safe enough to be seen, and curiosity replaces judgement. Therapy with me is human, grounded, and focused on what matters to you. I work with adults, teens, kids and their families who are navigating grief, complex trauma, anxiety, relationships, parenthood, emotional regulation struggles and all the weight that comes with being invested in life. My style is warm and relational and I use humor when it fits, because sometimes levity can be its own form of healing. I aim to create space where feelings can emerge however they need to.
