Hi, I’m Alina! I'm a second-generation Latina dedicated to creating safe, culturally affirming spaces for healing. I am trained in EMDR and hold my CADC, allowing me to confidently work with both trauma and substance related concerns. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, addiction, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I work with clients of all backgrounds and have a deep passion for supporting BIPOC individuals, first-generation immigrants, and LGBTQ+ communities.
