Each session is focused on the key elements of self expression and healthy forms of communication. Clients are free to explore their emotions and learn how to use coping strategies to improve their quality of life. Creating a positive therapeutic bond with my clients allows me to work effectively with clients when exploring barriers that stand in their way of reaching their goals and full potential.
