I work with adults, adolescents and couples who feel stuck or overwhelmed by patterns that repeat despite insight and effort to change. Many seek therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, challenging family dynamics, or life transition such as parenting, divorce, or chronic illness. Often, clients understand what’s happening intellectually yet feel frustrated by how strongly emotions or reactions take over. I help clients make sense of these patterns and understand the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving them. My belief is that early relationships shape how we see ourselves and see our world.
