I am available to provide support to adolescents and adults of all ages! I particularly enjoy helping individuals through the perinatal period of life, which is a powerful, transformative, and potentially quite challenging period of life, and I also greatly enjoy working with couples on improving mutual understanding, connection, and growth. Many of my clients struggle with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as experiences of trauma/PTSD, major life transitions, identity (including gender and racial), perfectionism, anger, intimacy issues, and complex interpersonal dynamics.
