I offer an ever-evolving counseling environment that is tailored to fit your individual needs, and one that promotes safety and empathy in order to assist you in your healing process. Our path towards mental wellness and personal clarity can often be winding and confusing; having a therapeutic partner during your journey can often make this process more manageable. My clients have told me that their experience in therapy has been supportive and affirming, yet also challenging enough to help them grow and bring out their best, most authentic self. I combine several treatment modalities, including EMDR, Ego States/parts work, Polyvgal theory, and CBT, depending on need. I have experience with, and love working with, clients of varying backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. My areas of focus include trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, transitions, and grief/loss.
