My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you—providing a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully seen and heard. I have over 7 years of clinical experience working with ages 8-80 years old. I have spent a number of years working with teens and adolescence. I feel that this population need the most love and affection! Licensed in Idaho (virtual or in person), Minnesota (virtual only) & Utah (virtual only), and have training in EMDR, CBT, DBT and Suicide Prevention.
