A safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment can provide comfort and peace when sharing and self-reflecting on your life journey. I provide various resources to help clients build up their self-care and coping skills outside of sessions so the work we do together is reflectant in your everyday life. We will work together to learn to recognize a personal perception of an external situation and how it impacts emotions, body sensations, and behaviors, cope with negative feelings, build positive communication skills, and reduce feelings of anxiety so you can live life as your most fulfilled self.
