As a 10 year master level clinician, I'm here to address clients who have both internal and external motivations to improve their overall mental wellness which internal factors can include mood stability and anxiety which are ideal for the therapeutic process . Additionally , external factors are family dysfunction, job loss, and grief/loss . Clients who are motivated to change maladaptive behaviors will improve their total well being both internally and externally . Clients further improve who remain steadfast to treatment goals throughout the therapeutic process.
