I believe a lot of us are living in survival mode and just getting by. We have an ability to smile or laugh externally while it may not truly match the way we feel inside. This results in not being fully known and feeling lonely even amidst having relationships. Your quality of life can transcend the battles with anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors etc. You can love yourself more, live with hope, and experience peace - sometimes you just need a little help getting there. That is where I come in to be an ally to you and assist you on a healing journey. I think outside of the norms. I build a safe therapeutic connection that is gentle, nonjudging, and authentic. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy. I am trained in the Gottman approach in working with couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression and I am writing a book on walking through the trauma of betrayal.
