Maybe you have tried therapy in the past and you outgrew it or realized talking through things isn’t going to fix them. You want real healing and support that helps you undo patterns learned in childhood and understands that your body and nervous system are still holding onto these patterns even if your mind no longer is. I offer a holistic style of therapy that supports your mind, body, and spirit. My specialties include EMDR and Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapies, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Breathwork, and Wellness/Lifestyle Coaching. Along with my training, I also bring warmth, lightness, deep care, and intuition to sessions.
