I am a New York State-licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. I am the Founder and Director of Dr. Alison Bellevue Psychology PLLC, a small group private practice serving New York City and the surrounding areas. I have extensive experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to clients across the lifespan. My goal as a therapist is to create a trusted and collaborative relationship in which I am able to most effectively teach you skills to manage your emotional distress and reduce problematic behaviors.
