I am a licensed independent social worker with ten years of experience. I provide therapy to adults looking for support in navigating life stressors or mental illness, with a specialty in the perinatal population. I work with my clients to identify core values and explore where there is space in their life to embrace these beliefs more effectively. l utilize elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to examine thought patterns and how they are impacting emotions and behaviors. I provide a non-judgmental space in which clients can set goals for change or have support in coping with challenges.
