Welcome! I'm Alison and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in Southern California. I have been in private practice for over 10 years seeing clients of all ages and levels of functioning. For me, therapy is a collaborative effort which is why I pride myself on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship while meeting the client exactly where they're at. Using a Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and client-centered approach along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we'll work as a team to make the therapy process as supportive and healing as possible.
