I specialize in working with individuals on their relationship issues, including codependency. I can help you break old relationship patterns, attract a healthy partner, and bring your best self to a new relationship. There is often underlying attachment trauma with codependency. I address this using a somatic (body)-based psychotherapy that heals these wounds at the deepest level. My ideal client is someone who is ready to change, is self-aware and self-reflective - someone who is committed to their own growth and development, and willing to put in the time and energy it takes to create a life they love.
