I have more than two decades of intensive training in mindfulness and meditation, and I believe that is the reason for my ability to be very present. I believe in the power of human resilience and our unstoppable inclination to grow towards wellness, health and balance. We can heal and grow, no matter what obstacles we face. My clients and I collaborate to fuel positive change and create better relational and mental health outcomes. I have an extensive background in treating clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse and narcissistic abuse histories. In the first session, I am interested in finding out what brought you to therapy, and building rapport. No pressure. No need to talk about anything you don't want to talk about. Ever actually. We will go at your pace.
