I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 22 years of experience. I work with adults in all seasons of life, primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective but integrate other approaches to help meet the client's individual needs. I'm very interactive in my therapy & feel that being genuine with a client is the most valuable way to help them. I also see patients for self-growth as they continue to improve & implement the skills they have learned from our therapy. My areas of expertise are: Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Postpartum/Parenting, Relationships, Grief & Family Issues.
