I believe in centering the client's experience and providing a warm, affirming therapeutic environment. I utilize principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness in my work. I prioritize a holistic approach and value empathy, holding space with my clients and advocating for any needs my clients may have along their healing journey. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, identity, grief, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
