ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, stress and "life stuff" are welcome here! Has life suddenly just switched to hard mode and you can't find your people? My clients often know there's something not quite right but aren't sure where to start. I especially enjoy working with people who are trying balance work and managing chronic illnesses, fellow social services employees, teachers, medical professionals, and LGBTQ+ clients. If you're neurodivergent, you're welcome here! I focus on helping you find a sense of safety and calm, so you can see your way clearly. I use a variety of skills and modalities, including CBT, DBT, IFS, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. Clients tell me that I help them understand themselves, set boundaries, and connect more deeply to loved ones.
