My clients are navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, obsessions & compulsions, or distress with food & body, often rooted in ongoing life stress, trauma, & societal pressures. Together we can collaborate to get unstuck from difficult patterns, gain actionable skills, & connect to your intuition. I often work with college students, young adults, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals & "sandwich generation" (folks in 30s/40s) but love working with adults of all ages.
