I believe everyone has a story worth exploring-and it’s my life’s mission to help clients navigate the winding paths of their personal narratives with empathy, curiosity, and care. I’m passionate about supporting those weighed down by anxiety, perfectionism, identity questioning, internalized shame, inadequacy, or a quiet sense of disconnection (from self). I’m drawn to the hidden layers beneath relational pain and trauma, helping people rediscover their wholeness, while reclaiming silenced parts, and moving towards greater authenticity, self-acceptance and inner freedom.
