Welcome. I'm glad you're here. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who supports women healing from childhood trauma, relationship anxiety, and attachment wounds. My approach is warm, open, and grounded in real human connection. With training in Infant Mental Health and EMDR, I help you understand how early experiences shaped the patterns you’re still trying to untangle today. Together, we gently explore what keeps you stuck—old fears, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or feeling “too much.” We slow things down, listen to your body, and make space for emotions that you've had to hold alone.
