We all encounter difficult challenging moments in life. My passion lies in helping and motivating individuals to create positive changes which improve their quality of life. I’m empathic and supportive; providing services with a warm and non-judgmental approach to healing. The decision to reach out and seek help from a licensed mental health professional is an act of courage and know that I will work hard to earn your trust. My orientation to helping incorporates a practice grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as other psychotherapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral, and strengths-based/solution-focused.
