About

I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University as well as my Associate Degree in Applied Science in Animal Science Technology from Camden County College. My main focus in on women’s health issues (i.e., I only see adult females), which include, but are not limited to, anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approaches are mainly Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
