About

I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I also have my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University as well as my Associate Degree in Applied Science in Animal Science Technology from Camden County College. I currently see adults from 18 years and older with issues that include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, trauma, chronic illness, and pet loss. My therapeutic approaches are mainly Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
