Hi, if you are looking for an open minded, warm & hard working therapist then I might be just the fit for you. I am clinical social worker who works with adults, young adults and some teens in NYC both in-person and online. My practice focuses primarily on healing anxiety, depression, & trauma throughout life. I'm interested in taking an integrative approach to therapy by combining clients needs with traditional Western psychology such as: talk therapy, play therapy, art therapy, internal family systems (IFS), & nature therapy with ancient Eastern traditions such as meditation & Tibetan Buddhism.
