About

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with both adults and children, with a special focus on supporting children, teens, and young adults. My approach draws on my training in Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed ISITTA somatic therapy (similar to Hakomi Method). I am also currently completing an intensive 18-month Functional Family Therapy training, further deepening my ability to support families in building connection and resilience.
