I have 30+ years of experience as a therapist utilizing a mind/body/spirit, dialectical therapeutic approach, in addressing issues of grief/loss, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and spiritual connection. I offer spiritually focused, shamanic counseling, and grief counseling in my work with clients . I work to build upon each person's unique strengths, internal wisdom, knowledge, and personal goals.
