I am a clinical psychologist who works with individual adults facing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, sadness, low self esteem, and relationship difficulties. I listen carefully, and create a safe space in which to explore and work collaboratively. I assist clients in identifying patterns, conflicts, and obstacles they may be unaware of that are keeping them stuck. I also assist clients in coping with and better understanding significant life transitions including pregnancy, parenting, career changes, and loss of a loved one. I believe that each one of us possesses the ability to grow and improve our lives. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand one's self, strengthen inherent abilities, be in better contact with a range of feelings, acquire new skills, strengthen relationships, develop self compassion, and experience a better quality of life.
