Do you struggle with thinking "will I ever feel at peace in my body", "I am worried what people think about me", "I just wish I fit in". Perhaps you struggle with confidence, perfectionism or people pleasing. It may also be that some of these feelings are resulting in troubles with eating, social isolation, skin picking/hair pulling or other patterns that are making your life feel smaller. If this sounds like you, I believe we may be a good fit. I believe therapy is not meant to fix you, but rather to help you feel safe being you. I specialize mainly in body image, anxiety/OCD, BFRBs, neurodivergence and eating disorders.
