At times, life circumstances can be challenging and the "old" ways of coping don't work effectively anymore. Whether challenges are expected or not, I believe we do the best we can, at any given moment. It can also be difficult to reach out and ask for help for a variety of reasons. However, it also one of the bravest things we can do for ourselves. I work with individuals who are motivated to make healthy changes, pursue life goals and talk through the hard parts. I support clients with an interactive style with empathy and compassion. My experience includes working with teens, college students and adults in various settings.
