The relationship, connection, and trust between a client and therapist is the true measure of how helpful the counseling experience will be for an individual. In order to build that type of connection I approach each individual with an open-minded, supportive, and empathic style. I provide a counseling experience that allows a person to heal and grow in ways that allows them to recognize their own strengths, and how those strengths can assist them in working toward a more positive and rewarding future.
