About
People in my practice come to therapy because they are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. They may be navigating a major life transition—such as a career change, a shift in a relationship, stepping into a new identity, or mourning a loss. In moments of great change, you have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself. Therapy offers you a space where you can be held and supported as you do the hard work that leads to growth and transformation. Sometimes we go to therapy looking for help to make sense of a deeper persistent feeling that we cannot describe. Psychoanalytic therapy is a wonderful tool for bringing these feelings out of the depths and into a space where we can verbalize, explore, and make meaning of these feelings.
