I'm Accepting New Clients! Hello there! I’m Ali (she/her), and I’m a therapist dedicated to both the art and science of you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma/trauma, and difficult life transitions. My clients are often seeking to understand themselves on a deeper level - to move beyond old patterns that may have once protected them (but are now keeping them feeling stuck!), reconnect with their values, and feel more grounded and confident in who they are. I view therapy as a partnership - whatever your story may bring, I’ll partner alongside you to do the work together.
