Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist extremely committed to my clients and I strongly believe in the importance and value of the therapeutic relationship. I use a relaxed, skilled, and collaborative style to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their lives. My approach is warm, passionate, and supportive, acknowledging each client and their own unique experiences. My primary areas of interest include, but are not limited to: maternal struggles, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and coping, health-related concerns, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and relationship issues.
