I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker graduated in 1988 from Hunter School of Social Work. I'm licensed to practice in both NY and CT. I've worked in a number of large hospital institutions and started my private therapy practice in 2018. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, specialize in Mood Disorders, Relationship Issues and Addiction Problems. I see Individuals, do Couples Counseling and Family Therapy. I provide emotional support, and gently provide guidance in a non-judgmental setting. Give me a call to schedule a brief free phone session. I know this is hard to do, but it's the right next step to take. My practice partner is a certified Interventionist and a licensed addiction counselor. We meet with family members and with your person of concern to provide emotional support to determine an effective treatment plan. We are non-judgmental and solution based. We are affiliated with multiple treatment centers, make referrals, and assist in admission process.
