I have a profound respect for the way our minds work so diligently to protect and shield us from unwanted experiences as well as our mind’s ability to interpret the world around us. I am aware taking the leap into therapy can feel strange, which is why I strive to make the process as least scary as possible often using humor and acknowledge the awkwardness while embracing it for what it is and you for who you are . All of us have experiences, some good and some bad, but we are more than just a collection of experiences and/or memories and in therapy I hope to help each person find what makes them whole.
