I am dedicated to hearing your story, understanding your perspective, and helping you chart your path from where you are today to where you wish to be. I specialize in treating teens, adults, and couples. Clients describe me as warm, caring, non-judgmental, and wise. I am direct and straightforward - but gently. I have a playful way of connecting with my clients and a great sense of humor. I believe laughter is medicine. I attend several trainings each year to stay current with new treatment techniques.
