Welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with ten years of therapy experience. I offer a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to your story. I believe all people are capable of finding meaning, purpose, and joy in their lives. To do this, we need support to develop the tools to set healthy boundaries, learn ways to accept and cope with our emotions, and be mindfully present to our own lives.
