I am honored to be able to come alongside you in decision to seek help and am grateful you have made the decision to move forward in healing. You deserve to feel heard, valued and cared for. I approach therapy understanding that each person has their own individual experiences and needs. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, however I particularly enjoy working with young adults who are experiencing identity and life transitions. I also specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma as I am trained in EDMR and tend to approach treatment from an attachment based lens.
