Hi, I’m Alison, and I’m so glad you’re here. Prioritizing your emotional well-being is a powerful act of self-care, and I’m here to support you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience—including my work as a school social worker—I’ve supported children, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. I provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can navigate stress, transitions, and emotional struggles with confidence. My holistic approach recognizes the deep connection between emotional well-being and overall health. During our first session, my goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I’ll ask some general questions to gain a better understanding of who you are, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
