The process can be scary, joyful, painful, or wonderfully exhilarating, and I strive to provide a warm, accepting atmosphere in which you can undertake this work. If you feel comfortable, you will feel more hopeful and ready for change. We will work together to make the changes you need. I am Certified in EMDR therapy (EMDRIA) and Certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International.
