I specialize in working with clients navigating grief, trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic health issues in the pursuit of reclaiming their lives from the strain of constant overwhelm. My clients are often highly-sensitive and deeply feeling, but too often cope with life through self-criticism in an attempt to change what's causing them pain. Our work together offers the opportunity to move beyond shame, grief, depression and anxiety, & guides clients into a kinder, more functional approach to self-exploration and healing.
