Life is full of complexities that at times can be difficult to navigate. Whether it's supporting a child struggling with anxiety or guiding a teen learning to manage stress and social pressure, having someone with you in the journey to process can make a difference. I love helping individuals sort out their experiences so they may be able to engage in more authentic and whole living. As a military child myself, I also share a bond with the military-connected community in Colorado Springs. I know the unique challenges they face from frequent moves to the invisible (and visible) toll deployments have on the family.
