Many of my clients look successful on the outside but feel stuck. They find themselves overthinking, people-pleasing, and questioning their worth. Many grew up with a parent who was critical or emotionally immature, and now struggle with boundaries, self-trust, and anxiety in relationships. Others are navigating the impact of a more recent event like a difficult breakup, accident, illness, or loss that they just can’t seem to move past. Longing to address these issues, my clients are seeking insight, healing, and empowerment.
