I offer a warm, supportive space where couples and individuals can navigate life’s challenges, understand and communicate needs, and rebuild connections. I have a special passion for working with couples and individuals facing life transitions or fertility challenges, including fertility treatments, infertility, and childlessness. These experiences can bring emotional strain, grief, and isolation, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My specialty is bringing light to how our relationships and ways of relating with the world impact well-being. I am trained in evidence-based relational models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, and bring extensive life experience authenticity, humor, and a deep sense of hope for healing.
