Relationships are difficult! We aren’t given an instruction manual on how to have successful love lives, friendships, or family relationships. Feeling lack of direction is normal, especially in non-traditional relationships! I believe in working with couples, individuals, and families of all kinds to find solutions in their relationships that allow them to express themselves fully and be truly connected. If you want to improve your communication and relationships, you have come to the right place! I use an experiential, humanistic, and emotionally-focused framework. In essence– I believe my clients are capable, truthful, and worthy of being understood. I have experience in working with couples. adult families, and individuals from all backgrounds making me well suited to be a stepping stone on your path to betterment.
