I have over 15 years of experience counseling children, adolescents, families and groups, both in the US and the UK. I am British and after being educated at Oxford University I worked in various professions before coming to New York to further my education and continue my therapy practice. My philosophy is that we all have the potential to improve our lives. With collaboration and support my clients develop strengths to help overcome difficult and stressful thoughts and feelings and to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
