I believe healing starts with feeling seen. I entered this field because I’ve always found deep meaning in connecting with others and supporting them through healing and growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a wellness model that honors the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience. Humor, compassion, and authenticity are at the core of how I show up in the therapeutic space. I tailor treatment to each client, using a thoughtful assessment to guide our work together.
